Shipping Policy

At Organiva Living Co., we work with trusted fulfillment partners to deliver your orders as quickly and reliably as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak periods or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary depending on the product and its fulfillment location:

• Products shipped from the United States: approximately 3–5 business days
• Products shipped internationally: approximately 10–15 business days

Please allow additional time for processing before shipping. In some cases, the total delivery time may be up to 18 days.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information is generally available within 3 business days. You will receive your tracking details once they become available.

Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages with different tracking numbers. This can happen when products are fulfilled by different suppliers or are processed separately.

Delays & Holidays

Delivery times may be longer during holidays, peak shopping seasons, or supplier holidays. While we do our best to keep deliveries on schedule, some delays may be outside our control.
